Thin Wall Packaging

For Light-weight container applications, we have proven the ability to achieve parts that make injection molding as competitive as thermoforming.

This is done by maintaining key functional features such as the tamper evident rim on a container and high top load compression strength.

Thin wall part design normally comprises a maximum L/T ratio of 300 (i.e. ratio of flow length to average wall thickness).
