Extrusion Blow Molds

Multi-cavity high-performance molds increase output volume by simultaneously producing several mold parts.

Beryllium copper insert molds provide excellent thermal conductivity and high strength which decreases cycle time and improves output quality.

Hydraulic movement molds enable slides and cores to move independently in opened & closed molding, which leads to decreased cycle time.

Conformal Cooling Molds: Unlike traditional hole-based cooling systems, our shell-in-cooling concept is based on cooling channels adapted to the mold cavity wall, which allows fast energy dissipation.

The high output rates of our extrusion blow molds help our customers increase their production volume.

In Mold Labeling:

Blow molding IML means that the product is decorated in the mold. An IML label is inserted in the mold. During the blow molding process, the molten polymer fuses with the in-mold label on one or both sides. The end result is a decorated part that is produced in one step.

To perform blow molding IML, these appliances are needed:

Blow molding machine supplier:

  • Mold maker
  • IML automation partner
  • Resin supplier
  • IML label specialist
